by Adam Gwon – 10 March-29 March, 2014

Presented by arrangement with R&H Theatricals Europe

A ‘quietly affecting show’ (The New York Times) has been selected by Artistic Director Ray Rackham, to open the London Theatre Workshop in March 2014.

When Deb loses her most precious possession–the notes to her graduate thesis–she unwittingly starts a chain of events that turns the ordinary days of four New Yorkers into something extraordinary.

From one of musical theatre’s most exciting new composers, Ordinary Days is a refreshingly honest and funny musical about making real connections in the city that never sleeps. Ordinary Days follows four New Yorkers as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love and belonging. Told through a series of intricately connected songs and vignettes, Ordinary Days is an original musical about growing up and enjoying the view.

Directed by Ray Rackham, with Musical Direction by newcomer Tom Lees, Ordinary Days is a musical for anyone who has ever struggled to appreciate the simple things in a complex place.
